Dr. Meadows currently serves as the Treasurer for SDCDF. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan and the University of Texas School of Dentistry. He joined the United States Navy after dental school and was stationed at Naval Medical Center San Diego, where he completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry. Dr. Meadows then spent two years as the Dental Officer Afloat onboard the USS MAKIN ISLAND, an assault aircraft carrier stationed in San Diego, including a deployment to the Persian Gulf for WESTPAC 2014-2015. He is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and the Academy of General Dentistry, and is active in advocating for oral health issues at the state and local levels, through the California Dental Association and the San Diego County Dental Foundation. He is also a member of the Spear Study Club, as well as the Patriots Study Club for Navy and military veterans.
